The term “Unlimited Photos” refers to approximately 50 Photos and 80 photos respectively if the property is either under or over 4000 square feet. The pricing listed above is for each unit/dwelling and can not be combined with multiple/adjacent units (if it has a different unit number or street number it is considered a separate dwelling and will be subject to a separate charge for the additional unit/dwelling). Step 2 of the booking system will only reflect under 4000 square feet pricing. If the property is over 4000 square feet of total livable space (including finished basements) then the pricing will be adjusted by a manager and a new confirmation will be sent prior to the appointment. For properties located in Alberta, Ontario, Canada, we do not create floorplans based on RMS requirements, all floorplans are approximately 5% in variance and all parties involved must do their own due diligence. If no free parking is available at the premises, parking associated charges will be applied at time of invoicing. SnapHouss franchise operators are only permitted to advertise, sell, perform, or represent services that have been expressly approved by SnapHouss Corporate and authorized for use under the SnapHouss brand. All SnapHouss floorplans, including 2D and 3D floorplans, are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to exactly, accurately, or directly reflect the precise measurements of any property, including but not limited to interior rooms, exterior areas, structures, additions, or other building-related components. Floorplan measurements may vary by approximately 5% or more, and should not be relied upon as certified, legal, architectural, appraisal, or regulatory measurements. SnapHouss does not provide RMS measurements for properties located in regions of Canada where RMS measurement standards are required. Any SnapHouss franchise operator advertising, offering, selling, or representing RMS measurements, certified measurements, legal measurements, appraisal measurements, architectural measurements, or any other regulated or unapproved measurement service under the SnapHouss brand must be reported to SnapHouss Corporate immediately. Franchise operators are strictly prohibited from offering any unapproved services under the SnapHouss name, brand, trademarks, marketing materials, booking system, invoices, emails, social media, or customer communications. This includes, but is not limited to, RMS measurements, certified measurement services, appraisal services, inspection services, architectural services, engineering services, staging services, renovation services, repair services, drone services outside of approved policies, or any third-party service not expressly approved in writing by SnapHouss Corporate. Any operator found to be advertising, offering, selling, performing, or implying that SnapHouss provides unapproved services may be subject to disciplinary action, removal of the unauthorized service from all customer-facing materials, suspension of access to SnapHouss systems, default under their franchise agreement, termination of franchise rights, indemnification obligations, and/or legal action. All franchise operators are responsible for ensuring that their local advertisements, customer communications, service descriptions, and sales representations remain fully aligned with SnapHouss Corporate’s approved service offerings and brand standards. See Terms and conditions regarding properties over 4000 square feet and all other terms of use. 3D Virtual Tours, Property Websites, and Virtual Feature Sheets (QR Codes) include a 30 day free hosting period. Upon completion of the trial, the combination of services including the 3D Virtual Tours, Property Websites, and Virtual Feature Sheets (QR Codes) will be automatically hosted for $10.99/month plus applicable taxes and fees. You may cancel at anytime through the mobile app with one-click, or fill out the form manually at SnapHouss.com/cancel.
